Nebenkosten sind Strom und ggf. Holz nach Verbrauch;
pro Hund 20 extra.
Für die Wohnung und das Nebenhaus gelten die Preise bei einer Belegung von bis zu 4 Personen; jede weitere Person 100/Woche
